We are two Goddesses looking for a third to join us in a co share, conscious community style living home. Community vibe: spiritual, peaceful, supportive, zen, sharing, respectful, compassionate and tidy. We compost and recycle and eat mostly plant based, and grow a shared hydroponic garden tower. We all share in household responsibilities of our choice for example; watering the plants, composting, gardening, communal food shopping and sharing and cat caring. We work from home and would like the house to be quiet during the day. We have 2 friendly cats and don’t have the room for more animals. We prefer non vazzed. Our Home: Luxury custom home with ocean views, pool, hot tub, rooftop deck, fire pit, outdoor hot shower and outdoor Bali bed in lush private garden space. The whole house has a water filtration system, wifi, and two cats. Your Room: Private, quiet, bright, white room with built in storage, french doors open up to the patio, window, high ceilings, exposed beam ceiling, ceiling fan, white wash oak wood floors. Furnished. Queen bed, side table, mirror, white desk and comfortable chair. Large bathroom with lots of drawer storage and shower/bathtub with skylight. Bonus: Our location is perfect for surfers and cyclists; enjoy a short walk to Cardiff State beach, Pipes Beach and San Elijo State beach and the Rail Trail for walking and cycling. Secure storage for your bike or surfboard. 3 minute walk to Cardiff town Center; Starbucks and Seaside Market, Library, Post Office etc. There is ample street parking. Available August 15, 2023 or September 1, 2023 $2,200 Monthly 6 month lease with 60 day notice, option to renew.
