Marketing Coordinator

MUST APPLY AT: https://www.concretetech.com/careers Position: Marketing Coordinator Department: Marketing Position Reports to: Director of Marketing No. of Subordinates: 0 Pay Program: Non-Exempt Job Summary: * Responsible for the coordination and implementation of professional and administrative functions for the department under the direction of the Director of Marketing. Scope and impact of the position: * This role requires a broad range of support activities including the coordination of and support for department promotional efforts, sales support and to ensure the flow of documents and archiving of records critical to the Company and the Marketing Department. Job duties and responsibilities: Promotional * CRM database; Coordinates initiatives for dissemination of promotional literature and industry publications through multiple media types (email, US mail, social media, website). * Marketing and sales materials; Creates and maintains for multiple media types. * Promotional events; Assists with events such as onsite/offsite meetings and plant tours. * Company website; Improves and maintains with input from Marketing and other staff. * Social media; Maintains the company presence under supervision of Director of Marketing. Bid Support * Attains plans, specifications, and other bid documents and prepares project folders. * Coordinates “bid day” activities including screening contractor call lists, transmitting bid information and archiving transmitted information. Contracts and Change Orders * Assists Marketing staff in editing contracts. * Archives all stages of contracts and change orders in project folders. * Distributes documents company-wide. Database Management, Reporting and Document Distribution * Collects and maintains sales statistics in CRM database (products, prices, bid status). * Prepares and distributes bi-weekly reports for bid status and bid results. * Prepares custom sales reports upon request. Other * Screens incoming calls and correspondence. * Provides clerical services for Marketing and other departments as needed. * Provides backup assistance as Receptionist/Switchboard Operator. * Other support activities upon request, such as ordering of supplies and coordinating of building events. Special Notes and Conditions (Outside work, travel, exceptional hours, etc.) * Some work may require presence in the concrete manufacturing plant. * Location is at CTC’s premises, except for local travel as required in support of customers. CTC does not offer telecommuting. Education/Experience * Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred, or 4-6 years combination of education and experience. Digital marketing experience.
