Martin "CUSTOM" All Solid Spruce/Mahogany Dreadnaught w/Hard Case

This is a well aged 2013 model. Made in the USA not MEXICO. All Solid Sitka Spruce Top and Solid Mahogany Back and Sides. No pickups were ever put in this guitar. Has a very light Satin finish, and a new pick guard on it now. Had a center crack down the lower top bout from the back of the bridge to the end. Has been well sealed and cleated on the inside. Fretboard is clean and frets all polished and crowned like new. Very few dings or scratches around for a 10 yr old guitar. New Chrome Plated Tuners just installed and work perfect. Just had a full set up today and new 12 gauge D'addario's installed. The end pin was removed and an Input Pin was installed but not sure why, for no pick up was ever connected and still not. Works well for any size strap. Front strap pin was installed too. Minor dip on back top where the crack was repaired, apparently someone put a clamp with a bit too much pressure however, not really noticeable unless you are feeling for it. Fully humidified and cleaned inside and out. Hard case is a nice case and works well and very clean. Action is low and sound is very good and plays perfect all up and down the neck. Has the wider profile neck that gets flatter and wider up the neck real quick. Good rhythm and great Lead playing guitar. I have priced this beauty for a quick sell only. New Retail was $1200!
