Model 405000x8, Motor is 13.5 HP. 5 Speeds. It was never used commercially; only on a 1-acre private property. It comes with the rear bagger system to facilitate yard collection on the Fall. Seat is perfect with no rips or holes. It has new, deck belt and new blades. I also have spare set of blades that I will throw in. Tires are 6 months old, look at photo. The motor has been serviced every year and runs perfect, I can send video or motor running. Last time I used it appears to have an issue with the forward speed. I am not a mechanic so I will not speculate on what it is. The price was stablished based on the value of the same engine sold on EBAY; only the engine. You will get much more than just the engine. If you are a handy person, this is a great deal for you -that with a little work- you will have a quality mower that will last. If you look closely at the picks- You won't see any rust.
