Nice house ,know other roommates, quiet, know drama ,clean home

3 bedroom 2and a half bath 2,400 square' home, located just off of I35 on the Eastside ok Kyle parkway, I'm a single white male in my fifths, with 2 adorable loving weinne dogs, I have one big bedroom for rent with huge walk in closet, with full private bathroom just to side of bedroom on second floor, with a weight room that is the upstairs living room area , looking for someone around my age ,male or female, clean and neat.good job with proof of income, I'm a pretty good judge of character but I may need a proof of background check, lease month to month all though I do prefer long term, had a renter who staid 10 years. 700.00 deposit move in ,I can maybe let part of deposit be paid next month, shared utilities, water and electric, I'm pretty easy going so I demand the same respect, courteous, polite,nice and kind, no smoking in my house, I do smoke, but on the patio, no pets ,no parting, I do drink, but it's not a party house, I'm in bed by 8 or 10, 11 would be late for me, because I get up for work at 3.45 ,I need a 30 day notice at first of month if you want to move out , or you will forfeit your security deposit , i have free cable and hi speed internet ,but you will have to get your own cable box for tv in less you go through the internet, the cable box is about 8 dollars a month, you will have to pay me for the box. please know phone calls till after 4.00 pm. Sorry I will not answer at that time,I will be at work . I have a huge kitchen with 2 double door refrigerators, so you will have your own double door refrigerator, all common areas like kitchen, living room, and laundry are a shared space and a privilege so just don't abuse them and everything will be fine.
