I have some of that already done. The hose is about 26 ft long in addition to a 5 ft wand. the hour meter is showing 195 hrs of use. It is very clean and taken care of. you will need two extension cords to use it. you can see it run. A large floor wand comes with it and it runs well. please research the price of a refurbished one, before making any offer. I will not hold except for the time it takes you to drive here.
