Walking up the hill, the #3 route, the #4 route and the #13 route take you downtown past the Seattle Center. This 5 month lease is not extendable. The house is available from November 1st, 2023 to April 1st, 2024. First month, Last month and a 1500 dollar deposit are necessary prior to move in.
