This charming stucco home located on Queen Anne's north side offers a four block walk to the Fremont Bridge and all the amenities that Fremont has. Numerous cafes, coffee shops, clubs, a PCC and a Troll. Walk 10 minutes up the hill to the Queen Anne neighborhood business district and you may enjoy spas, yoga studios, restaurants, Trader Joes, Chase, Umpqua and Wells Fargo banks, fitness centers, numerous small coffee shops and book stores. Our house has two generous bedrooms, one of which has a murphy bed and a small kitchenette. The main level has a traditional 1906 layout with a living room, dining room and kitchen. You will enjoy the coziness of the century details, crown mouldings, arched door openings, built in bookshelves and lit china display glass shelving cabinets. The street is a dead end. No steady roar of traffic. No stress for parking. King County Metro has bus stops three blocks down the hill for the 62 and the 40 that are direct into South Lake Union and beyond. Walking up the hill, the #3 route, the #4 route and the #13 route take you downtown past the Seattle Center. This 5 month lease is not extendable. The house is available from November 1st, 2023 to April 1st, 2024. First month, Last month and a 1500 dollar deposit are necessary prior to move in. The house is fully furnished, inc dishware, cookware, bedding. A pet with an additional pet deposit.
