I bought this home almost 7 years ago and I'm looking for another person to share the space with. There is a bedroom with a large closet becoming available on the main floor, on or after September 1st, 2023. An October 1st move in date would be acceptable as well. The house has three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, essentially two living rooms, a large laundry room with storage, a nice fenced in yard, and a lovely kitchen. There is even a home theatre in the basement with a 77” 4k OLED TV and Dolby Atmos surround sound! A detached two car garage is used for storing motorcycles, bicycles, and other outdoor gear. There's plenty of parking on the street. The street is very quiet and the neighbors are great! About the place: Located in Park Hill, right next to the amenities of Stapleton (now called Central Park) 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, 2 car garage. Rent is $825 + 1/3 utilities (cheap!) - to deepen the applicant pool About me: I am a financial planner at a firm in Boulder and mostly work from home I'm mid-thirties and previously raced motorcycles (sport bikes) and just got my scuba certification. I love to snowboard, backcountry ski, hike, camp, practice yoga, watch football, play video games, practice archery, hunt, and more. About the other guy (moved in January 1, 2023): He's an airline pilot and certified flight instructor, and therefore isn't around much He's in his mid-twenties and likes to do CrossFit and just built a race drone I’m interested in long-term renters, 1 year lease, but a shorter term could be considered for an additional fee. The rooms are unfurnished, but could be furnished for an additional monthly amount. A background check is required.
