One bedroom for rent in a house with utilities included

We have a one bedroom with shared bath for rent. This room will share kitchen with two housemates but will share the bathroom with one housemate. All utilities are included except cable. We are looking for a clean, quiet, and working professional who will pay rent on time. Minimum lease term is 6 months upon passing background check and meeting other requirements. No pets please! There is a lot of free parking space on the street in front of the house. The location is within walking distance to bus stops and major routes like Randolph and Georgia. Glenmont metro is about 5 to 10 mins walk. The room is for only single occupancy. The house is mostly quite as every one goes by their business. Single Occupancy Only! No pets!
