One sunny and bright room for rent in a four-bedroom apartment in Downtown. The apartment is a third floor walk-up and takes the entirety of the third floor providing a spacious common and kitchen area with a comfortable single bathroom. The bedroom includes its own heating/cooling unit, a small closet, and gets ample natural sunlight all day. The apartment is located near Downtown Houston. Laundromats and grocery stores are nearby as well. We are looking for a fourth roommate starting July 1st week when our lease renews. Applicants must apply with the property management company to be on the lease. We are a LGBTQ+ friendly household of individuals in our mid-20s to early 30s. Everyone is laid back while being clean and considerate. Two cats, Roamer and Higgs also call the apartment home. Unfortunately, we do not think the apartment can accommodate any more pets. Rent is $520 per month. Security deposit and first month’s rent would be due July 1st week. Tenants pay for electricity and gas and we split them evenly four ways. Electric is usually between $30-70 per person depending on the season. Gas is usually around $10-20 per person. Internet is currently included.
