I have one room in my town-home available. Deposit required...Open to work with the right person(I've been there I know) flexible on term, 2 weeks at a time or month to month.... as well we can work out a reasonable deposit. Sorry the place is non-smoking, but very nice area out back. Prefer Female(just less issues overall in my experience) What's included:: Furnished(bed and nightstand) or unfurnished your choice. Google 1G Internet Extra Closet available and Storage(5x5) is available. Free use of home, Its your place as much as mine. Washer and dryer are high end units (quite as they come) Living room is huge with 60" Smart TV with all the streams(i usually keep to my office and bedroom) A year round heated pool, a cool park next door, hiking and bike trails, Water, trash/sewer, Gas, Electric, and Google fiber Internet all included Must be pet friendly as I have one small dog who is very trained and very cute. I work at home about 12 hours a day. I do cook almost every night. Walking:: 10 min walk to Parkside Town Commons, (Harris Teeter, Target, Shops, Movie Theater, Starbucks, Clod Stone, Two Guys, Dave's BBQ and so on...) 12 min walk to Sheetz on 55 5 min walk to bus stop.
