Description:

In this role, you will: • Greet all employees and visitors in a professional, friendly, and hospitable manner • Provide excellent customer service to the client, its associates, and facility personnel • Answer phone calls and ensure that all calls are directed properly • Generate and issue badges for all visitors to the site and assist when needed with any employee badge issues • Ensure all personnel entering the site have proper ID and authorization • Create and document incident reports • Monitor cameras as needed • Assist with various administrative duties as needed • Providing leadership and direction in emergencies and assisting emergency personnel in times of crisis The ideal candidate: • Must complete and maintain state Guard Certification as prescribed by presiding state law, as well as all client-requested certifications • Associate’s degree preferred or equivalent experience • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access) • Excellent phone etiquette and people skills • Previous experience in customer service or in an admin/receptionist position is highly desirable • Experience in a corporate business environment • Positive attitude and outgoing personality are essential • Strong written and verbal communication skills What we can offer: • $19-$21/hr DOE • Health, Dental, Vision, and 401k for eligible employees • Paid Time Off, including Sick/Safe Time • A dynamic and challenging work environment with opportunities for growth Additional Information: Department of Public Safety Investigations/Security Contractor Guard Company #C14164 Security Industry Specialists, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer The above statements are intended to describe the general nature of this job.
