This is a house share opportunity. Furnished room available in Farmington Hills. The house is 3000 sq ft with walkout basement. There's 4 bedrooms 4 full bathrooms, 2 fireplaces. Everyone has their own bathroom. Yours is the master bedroom with a connected private bathroom. It has a queen size bed and a night stand. High speed WiFi with a dual band router. Zoned air conditioning, and the heat is radiant baseboard heat so it's even and dry. Your roommates are 3 active working professionals. They're all really friendly and cool. You will often have the house to yourself on weekends yet company after work too if you like. Steven (34) grew up in a farm town near Grand Rapids. He worked in the past for Geico and Enterprise dealership as a manger, and now works as a maintenance manager for a community organization. He likes playing disc golf, conversation around a campfire, being outside exploring parks or new restaurants. Luis (29) is an automotive engineer. He was on his university's race team where they would design and build a car and compete annually. He's also built some cars from scratch himself. He likes mountain biking, hiking, tennis, soccer, and designing car parts. Zack (31) is originally from West Bloomfield. He works as a certified EMT and part-time with his dad doing construction. He also likes yoga, hiking, video & board games, music, and cooking. Me / the landlord - I bought the house 6 years ago and lived there until a few months ago when I got a job offer out of state. I have family in the area and am back every few months. The guys are handy when it comes to fixing a toilet and change a light bulb and we have a maintenance manager for emergencies. No pets, kids, live-in-couples, or drugs. We're professional and polite and all work weekday hours. Outside of that they like to go out, try new restaurants, and explore. You're welcome to hang out after work as little or as much as you like. It's nice to come home after a long day and be able to relax. The deck has a newer BBQ and cool bistro lights, it feels like camping. The basement has a big flat screen TV, fireplace, couch, and a wet bar. The rent is $800/m + $100 for utilities = $900 total and everything is included -- fastest WiFi with dual band router, water, electricity, heat, AC, gas, etc. Last month rent and $400 security deposit. Long term stays preferred, though less than 1 year is possible because the contract is written as 60 days notice if your job situation changes.
