Plant Sitter Needed for Short-term/Week

PLANT SITTER NEEDED to water them while I’m away, respectful and trustworthy. My wonderful and recently renovated 650sqft fully furnished studio apartment in the Hollywood foothills is spectacular, boasting a 180º west facing view. Enjoy sunrises with coffee/tea and bird watching on the balcony with refreshing breezes amongst the palm tree skyline. PLANTS: Japanese Ficus Bonsai, Aloe, Succulents - water once a week. Perfect for traveling nurses and those visiting for a short stay. My space is meant for one but can host a couple as well. Very creative and peaceful with a lot of natural light on the 3rd, top, floor of an older building. My space includes a queen size bed with a Tempur-Pedic mattress, a couch, a desk, and a storage wardrobe and suitcase stand. Close to many restaurants, boutique dessert spots, and nightlife in Hollywood and Sunset, a short car ride to Beverly Hills shopping district, and just a bit farther to the ocean. Easy access to 101 and public transportation. Very walkable location. Amenities include full kitchen, gas stove, stainless steel appliances, central AC, high speed Verizon 5G internet, and coin operated-shared laundry, Samsung Smart TV, MAX, Netflix, Hulu, etc. 4/20 friendly. No cigarette smoking. All occupants must be 21 and older. No pets. Quiet hours 10pm to 8am. $1,225/week $150/day for up to 2 people with a 3-day minimum $500 security deposit The full amount will be required three days ahead of arrival There is an additional charge per person for more than 2, up to a total of 4 persons 2 car tandem parking available for extra $25/day. $120 cleaning fee Nearby Plant Sitting Perks: Ralphs, Bristol Farms, Sprouts, Target, Whole Foods, 99c Store, Trader Joes First Email Toria if interested before calling with any questions.
