Portable Air Conditioner (GE, 6100 BTU)

Selling our GE portable AC unit. Includes remote controller, ventilation hose, and window panel. It's been used in a non-smoking home. We've used it in an upstairs bedroom that doesn't get much cooling from the central AC - this unit cools the room in minutes. It weighs about 44lb, has wheels, has an easy to clean filter, and is in pristine condition. For comparison, a brand new unit costs about $400 + taxes.
