The Room: This cozy bedroom is available furnished (bed, side table, desk) or unfurnished, based on your preference. Create your own personal retreat. You have access to two shared bathrooms (one upstairs and one downstairs). Household Atmosphere: Home is occupied by older couple who's English is limited. Joining our household means becoming a part of a peaceful community. Smoking and drug use are not allowed, and we kindly request everyone to keep noise levels in check after 10pm. You'll have access to shared bathrooms and all common areas, except for bedrooms. Owners are allergic to household animals and therefore NO PETS WILL BE ALLOWED. Chickens: Just a heads-up, our backyard is home to a few friendly chickens. Feel free to enjoy their presence from afar, but please refrain from touching them. Nitty-Gritty: For a smooth move-in, we require a security deposit equivalent to two months' rent. Your monthly gross income should be at least three times the rent. Square footage is approximate.
