Private bedroom with private bath

The property is a 4bed 3bath townhouse. I am renting out one Private bedroom and a private bathroom for rent on the second floor. This is a shared rental property. The kitchen and common areas are shared. There is an attached garage with one car parking and additional car parking in the community. Grocery stores, gyms, restaurants are within walking distance. Beach is about 10 minutes drive. Drive to base typically takes 7-10 minutes depending on morning traffic. The lease is on a month-to-month basis. And the first month's rent is $700 per bedroom/monthly; a one-month security deposit is refundable. The owner pays for electricity, trash, sewage, Wi-Fi, and water.
