Share my house which backs up to Open Space- great for running, mountain biking, hiking. Close to Downtown Golden and easy access to I70 for skiing and mountain adventures. The house has been through a top to bottom renovation with all new fixtures, lighting, paint, walnut floors, and appliances (even a wine fridge in the Kitchen). In unit Sauna, fireplace, and a deck overlooking trails. Storage space. Nest and a smart water heater help keep utility bills down. Wifi available. Unfurnished private room sharing a bath with only 1 other person. House when full is 3-4 people; one of which being a seperated unit and I'm only there half time. Garage parking nay be available.
