Available 8/26/23. Open to male or female. Featuring private bath, off street parking, Watch a movie in your attached downstairs living room. Room is furnished with a full size bed, dresser, couch and 50 inch tv. Rent includes all utilities, high speed internet, HBO, Netflix, Amazon Prime. Laundry, full kitchen access, space in cabinets and fridge/chest freezer. There are two other adults (owners) living upstairs. We are a married couple in our 40's. We are open minded conservatives. We don't drink or have many guests. No pets in the household other than our chickens which live in the back yard. Parking is off street in our rv spot. Very safe quiet neighborhood near Westminster City Park, AMC theater, Whole Foods. Close to Highway 36. Credit and rental history check required. $1100 deposit required. Will sign a written month to month lease. Short term ok. References will be checked.
