WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Female is preferred as you will be sharing the bathroom with a female Okay with cats (2 cats in apartment) No tobacco or smoking of any kind No drugs No parties or excessive loudness Pay rent on time No long-term guests Landlord will check income and credit score! ABOUT THE ROOM: Last 2 photos is the previous roommate (she decorated it super cute) ~ 10x11 bed room. ~LARGE closet space the same size as the room. ~Bedroom will be unfurnished, but I will leave my window AC unit for you (included with room) ~Willing to also leave the curtains if you like ABOUT THE APARTMENT: -Living room has AC and heat. -Gated apartment complex with 8 units -Updated kitchen w/ designated cabinets -Apartment complex has mainly familes. Apartment is right next to a school. -Streets near apartment will get crowded at 8am/2pm at pick up/drop off time. -Laundry on-site (uses quarters) -2 assigned parking spots in the back, as well as street parking. One roommate does not have a car, so parking space is guaranteed. -Not handicap-accessible.
