In this space you get your own private kitchen, bathroom with shower, and studio apartment (480 sq feet). The space is my renovated garage area, complete with air conditioning and heat, 2 windows, and wardrobe closet is provided. We will share the laundry room, which is the separation of my space from yours. You will have your own entry through the back door of my ranch style home and free space to park on the street. You can also have access to the bbq grill, back yard, and back patio seating. WiFi provided This is a space in my home, so I do have a few house rules: quiet time after 9pm, no secondary person living/staying over more than 2 days/wk (except an occasional guest with prior approval), no guns, no smoking (INCLUDING marijuana), no illegal drug use. Local deals only and cash only for $1100 deposit and $1100 first month's rent. Utilities, Wifi, and trash removal included in rent. 6 month minimum contract and month to month thereafter.
