Thomas and Hayden, and 5 minutes from Old Town Scottsdale, it's in a very quiet, beautifully maintained Condo Complex central location that has the bus, and public transportation 5 minutes walking distance from the complex. The complex is quiet and well maintained with community BBQs, swimming pool, and jacuzzi. This condo unit is adjacent to the pool and jacuzzi! Parking spot with plenty of parking. Minutes away from dining and all Old town Scottsdale has to offer and only a few blocks from San Francisco's baseball stadium. Close to greenbelt, easy access to freeways, all baseball spring training camps, Barrett Jackson, ASU, and golf tournaments. downtown hospital and medical complexes. Conveniently located 5 minutes from Honor Healthcare Osbourn and 15 minutes from Banner Desert Cardon's. Utilities, Internet streaming roko Tv (Hulu, Netflix, plus more). I'm offering a Bed and breakfast, with Breakfast and dinner available, Menu provided) plus-laundry Services, all bathroom and linen essential, ( Please let me know your preferences, in regards to shampoo, conditioner and bath item's) all inclusive with my Rates that are: a 7 night stay here is, $450.00 for a week, for Bed and breakfast available and With a $1000.00 deposit, or $425.00, per week, without the breakfast and dinner option, which will be refunded upon inspection, of course, minus any damages that might have occurred while staying here. Or $69.00 per night, for convenience days of your stay here, for a shorter booking! I'll be asking for you to comply with a criminal background check with a cost of $34.99-$39.99 and will be reimbursed upon approval and taking off your deposit, of a clean check through Trans Union.
