Room and board for elderly

I will have two rooms available in September for self-sufficient elderly residents. Rent includes: --->A private downstairs bedroom, --->A bathroom, family room (with large screen TV), and kitchen, shared with one other elderly person, --->3 daily meals (24/7 available snacks), --->Laundry is done for you, --->All utilities --->House cleaning --->Home at the end of a cul-de-sac on large wooded lot. --->Quiet residential neighborhood near Kenneth & Greenback in Orangevale. --->Off street parking (if applicable) No medical care will be provided. No smoking. No pets. Resident must be able to do all ADLs as no care is provided. The picture shows the view from the kitchen/family room. The home is currently being updated so no pictures are available at this time - but everything will be new - floor, paint, kitchen, appliances, etc.
