Living there is never boring and you will have everything you need for your comfort.The property is at the Third Ward near the Medical Center, and it is located in a gated community. The rent for the master bedroom with a bathroom and a walk-in closet is $1083/month plus utilities and WiFi. The lease term is for 11 months, and the lease starts on September 1st 2023. A refundable security deposit of $1233 is mandatory for moving in. You will share the house with 2 other males in the property, but the room will be private to you.
