The house is a 4 bed 2.5 bath and is extremely close to the necessities (grocery stores, gas station) as well as nice to have ammenities (lots of restaurants and a nature trail/park). Monthly rent is $900 and the deposit is $500. Utilties and high speed internet are included. Rooms come unfurnished.
