(Optional large primary bedroom with bath ensuite is also available, $1500/month All Bills Paid.) Our peaceful community is located in walking distance to downtown Austin entertainment districts, State Capitol, UT, HT, andACC, with lots of options for great healthy food nearby, a seven-minute bike ride to Town Lake aka Lady Bird Lake with its hike and bike trails and kayaking. Beautiful Barton Springs is not far away. House has tall ceilings. Room has ceiling fan, two large windows to garden, and double closet. Amenities include a utility room with a clothes washer-dryer and an optional clothesline, high-speed internet, large yard on a park-like, green cul-de-sac. Artists, gardeners, social and environmental justice activists or professionals, people of color, LGBTQ folks are especially welcome and encouraged. There are two shy cats here so we can't accept additional pets. Folks with cooperative living experience or willingness to try something new will be a great fit.
