ROOM AVAILABLE, NICE HOUSE

I am looking for a roommate to share my house in Aurora. The house is 5 bedrooms, 4 bath, with a finished basement. I have enclosed some pictures, but it would be best to come by and look at the place—Large spare bedroom is available. The most important thing is to get along, and can live together. Rent in Denver is skyrocketing, and will get more and more expensive. This is a place with plenty of space, with all the amenities (cable, internet, grill, laundry, deck out back, gas barbeque, brand new kitchen, etc, etc). I am looking for a compatible roommate—clean, respectful, make good money, willing to live with others, and well… basically cool. Give me a text, and we can meet up here. You can see the place, and if all things check out, you can move in asap. Rent is 675/ month for the room. Includes all utilities... High speed internet and Direct TV with DVR also included. Move in and pay first and 1 month refundable security deposit. Refundable if no damage, and a 30 day notice. There is NO LEASE, come or go as you please, be respectful (as will I). Give 30 days notice if you feel the situation is not working out (as will I). Absolutely no pets, no drugs and must have a job! This is a big and spacious house so lots of privacy.
