Available Sept 1. Roommate wanted to sublet a bedroom in a two bed two bath with own private bathroom. The room is in a luxury apartment community with a pool, gym, game room and business center. The bedroom has a large window with a lot of light and two large closets. Your roommate would be a professional, respectful and clean, female, early 30s and we would expect you to be the same. We keep a very friendly and fun atmosphere but also respect each others space. You would have to complete a background and credit check an application to live in the apartment building. The current lease term is through April, and there would be an option to renew. You would pay 1320 for rent plus utilities. There is plenty of street parking, and I never have issues finding any. It is also within a less than 10 minute walking distance from the Girard El stop. There is also the option to purchase parking from the apartment complex. Living room is already furnished.
