Room for Rent...

IF YOU ARE NOT FULLY VAXXED DON'T BOTHER CONTACTING ME. I have a room for rent in my north warren home (proof of vaccination required), 13 mile & Schoenherr area, Very close (1 mile) to the GM World Headquarters. The room comes furnished if desired. Rent is $500 a month (1st and last month due at move-in, but willing to work with most on last month) and is due on the 1st of every month plus a 3rd of the water, electric, & gas bill, and cable/high-speed internet...which will usually be an extra $110 to $140 depending on the season and the number of roommates. IF YOU HAVE A DRINKING PROBLEM please don't bother contacting me about the room and yes, needing a drink daily is a problem. Also, NO PETSand NO COUPLES. Renters will have access to the whole house in this quiet neighborhood. I don't mind smokers but I would ask if you do smoke that you do so outside or in the garage. I'm a very laid-back easy-going person, if you are interested you can call or text (Darrell is my name). If you are contacting me from overseas I will not take advanced payment for the room.
