Room for rent in Arlington/All Bills Paid

Hi, I have a bedroom for rent in my home in Arlington. I am a gay white man looking or prefer the same or gay friendly as a housemate. Bedroom is furnished. Shared bath, kitchen, and laundry room. Must be OK with dogs because I have two. Rent $600 abp $150 refundable deposit. Must have day job outside home and transportation. Temp with 3 to 6 month lease at a time, possibly longer. No smoking/vaping (but there us a place to smoke outside) and no guest/overnights. Room/housemate situation only. If ad is up still available.
