Room for rent- in beltline 5 min from downtown and WakeMED

I have a room for rent in a single-family home in a quiet neighborhood just off the belt line. It’s 2 miles from WakeMED and a few miles from downtown and an easy hop on the belt line to anywhere else in the city. I recently moved in and travel a bit for work and am looking for a Roomate to help make sure someone is there at least most of the time. The house has a large back deck (500 sq ft) which I have patio furniture, a hammock and a gazebo on with grill and fire pit for entertaining. The washer and dryer are new. It’s 1.5 baths so won’t need to share sink/ toilet but will need to share shower. The house also has a security system with front door bell camera and full CO/fire and window and door monitoring for safety and once moved in you’ll be given your own code as well. The room does have a closet. I’m looking for $1100/ month for the room unfurnished but can be furnished if you would like for $1300/ month. Furnished bedroom would be Queen bed with storage, dresser and night stand. Background check and proof of employment necessary before move in.
