Room for Rent in Home

Hello, I’m looking for roommates to offset some costs. The prices include all utilities (trash, water, electricity, gas, internet). There is a bed to sleep on. The room is $670/month. There is a $850 damage deposit. I do have a senior male cat. He can be particular about other animals. You’ll need to keep that in mind. I have blink security cameras and flood lights by the front and back doors. About me: I work full time in pathology. I enjoy art and oddities. I have a strange collection of things hanging on my walls you’ll be subjected to. I watch a lot of tv. Sometimes my niece and nephews visit. I’m in recovery for alcoholism so it’s best if you’re not a big drinker (preferably keep it in your room). I don’t mind 420 people (although I prefer you didn’t smoke cigarettes).
