Room for rent in nice home - female only

Nice room for rent (furnished or unfurnished) in an all-female 4 Bedroom home in the Village Park area of Encinitas. It's best suited for someone who wants a peaceful non-drinking, non-partying home. There is a nice patio and garden area, and you have access to the full house - washer/dryer, kitchen, etc. Utilities are $40 and the refundable deposit is $950 (can be split into 2 months). You have an option to rent an office as well for $500 more/month. There is no lease - this is month-to-month. It's an all-female home (age span from 20's to 60's), except for a very cute male poodle mix. Another non shedding dog would be considered. The bathroom would be shared with one or two others. I am allergic to fragrances, so we don't wear, use, or wash with fragrances. I can give more details when/if we talk as people sometimes have questions about that.
