One 40yr professional male occupies the third room and is rarely at the property. Property owner (39yr male) lives in another building on the property and uses the kitchen/living space in the main house regularly. Rooms are large with killer views of San Bernadino mountain range and fallbrook/rainbow/Bonsall areas. These are truly the best views from the highest hilltop around. Pool, spa, BBQ area, laundry, professional kitchen, parking, safely, privacy and prestige. Internet and utilities are ALL included in price. 25 avocado trees and 25 citrus trees on the property to be enjoyed. All you can eat! Plenty of room to plant your own garden or contribute if you like. With rental of both room I can offer a deal. I’m east going, fair and honest. One dog is on the property and he’s not great with most other dogs, there are exceptions. He’s the boss so if he doesn’t like your pup 🤷🏼‍♂️ unfortunately it won’t work out. He loves all humans and protects us from the squirrels, bunnies, lizards and mice that he constantly hunts. so no worries there. House is furnished. Room can be partially furnished.
