Room in HUGE 3 bed/2 bath Logan Square apt (short term)

What we are looking for: We are two women in our 20s/30s looking for a third roommate. We're looking for somebody who is clean, respectful, dedicated to regular apartment tidying/cleaning, open communication and paying rent and bills on time. We have independent lives and are respectful of each other's privacy but enjoy watching a movie on our projector or hanging out on our balcony from time to time. No cigarette smoking but 420 friendly. We are looking for someone who needs a short term rental for four months. Our building is in the process of being sold, and we don't have details yet about what the rent and lease situation will be under the new owners; depending on those details there may be an option of extending past four months. Bonus: A brown tabby cat (pictures included) who talks a lot and loves to snuggle! She belongs to one roommate who pays for and takes care of her, but she will definitely be a part of your life should you choose! She loves people, but not other animals, so we can't add any more pets to our home. The Apartment: Our classic 1930s apartment has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. This 1800 square ft. apartment is enormous for the price with a working fireplace and a balcony overlooking the boulevard (shared with our neighbors across the hall). There is central heat & air, free laundry in the basement, a dishwasher, free parking in a lot behind the building, and respectful neighbors. Shared utilities (gas, electric & internet) usually run about $60-$100 per person, per month. The move-in fee is first month's rent of $450 and move in date is August 1. Your Room: Your room has more than enough room for a full size bed, dresser, desk, etc. You would be sharing a bathroom with one roommate. Pictures of the room for rent are included. The neighborhood: We live on a boulevard and there is tons of green space right out the front door! You are within walking distance of the California Blue Line, Palmer Square, Humboldt Park and Logan Square activities, and the farmer's market. Interested?
