Available immediately, $600/month + 1 month security. Utilities included. We are two men of a certain vintage, a 85 year old retired guy and a 68 year old writer/web designer, seeking a housemate. Bedroom is semi-furnished ( bed, small dresser, end table). It has good light and ample closet space, approx 12 x 12, adjacent to half bathroom, with full bathroom ( shower ) down the hall. You will have access to bathrooms, kitchen, living room, and den. Our household is rounded out by a very friendly dog and an affectionate cat. Parking in front of house on the street. We are close to 215 and 208 bus lines. Between Golf and Church in the “K”s. Previous good fits were Michelle, a psychologist (4 years) , and Avie (1 year ) a semi-retired business broker. We seek someone who is quiet, respectful of our household, and good natured. The older roommate is a very light smoker. Utilities included. Please, no MAGA nor anti-vax folks, it would be a bad fit.
