Room in shared unit available immediately

Currently looking for someone to take over lease at Lake Park Condominiums in Raleigh, NC as of September 13, 2023. The lease ends July 2024. Rent is $600/mo utilities included. Your room will include its own bathroom and walk in closet. You will be sharing the common spaces (kitchen, living room, balcony, washer/dryer) with 3 other tenants, all males. Your roommates are quiet, friendly, and keep to themselves. The application fee is $100. Must be able to pass criminal background check, have no evictions, and make 3x the monthly rent. Once your application is approved a $500 lease transfer fee will need to be paid. You will be responsible for this, as my security deposit will transfer with the lease. I have already paid September rent, so you will just need to pay me the prorated amount of $300 for the rest of the month.
