Room won’t be furnished. Must have proof of stable job. Utilities are not included; 6 month lease and month to month after. Cleanliness is a must. Single occupancy only. Sorry, but no smoking, no drugs and no pets. Rent is $800 a month with a $500 security deposit. Room available Sept 15th.
