About the room: Small bedroom available in a 2BD/2BA apartment in Talmadge. This room currently has a twin bed, desk, small nightstand, and lamp - however, can come unfurnished if preferred. Room gets all-day sunlight from the south-facing window. About the apartment: The apartment comes fully furnished, so all you need is stuff for your room! Super tall ceilings and a huge arched window in the living room for tons of natural light, as well as cozy fireplace. Equipped with washer/dryer and dishwasher for your convenience. Lease agreement will be six months, and then month-to-month thereafter. Start time ideally September 1, but can be flexible. Located in the heart of Talmadge with nearby access to tons of restaurants, grocery stores, coffee shops, SDSU, highways, and more! Take a lovely stroll through the neighborhood and nearby Kensington to admire all the historical houses. About me: 33F, I'm in tech and work from home. When I'm not working, I climb, go to the gym, travel, hang out with friends, the usual. I'm friendly, easy going, and like to chat, but also happy doing my own thing. I like to keep the place pretty tidy, and hoping for the same in a roommate. I also have a cat named Cleo, so must be okay with cats! Unfortunately I'm not able to accept any other pets.
