Room available for rent in a four bedroom house near UT/Downtown area. Available for rent August 1st. Private bath. The house has a washer and dryer room also. Front and backyard. There is a driveway for two cars, plus plenty of street parking. The house is in a nice neighborhood close to plenty of restaurants/food trucks, Juiceland, coffee shops (walking distance to 24hr Bennu), grocery stores and other shops. Rent for the room is $500nth plus $90 for utilities. It is a one year lease. As for myself, I work and go to school full time also. I study Music Composition at ACC and will be transferring to UT next year. I don't drink or smoke and maintain a healthy lifestyle. 90% of my time is dedicated to work and school. No partying going on or late night noise. Clean and quite living. I have a two year old dog named Apollo, pictured below. Apollo is super friendly and is a joy to be around!
