Roommate Needed - Flower Mound or Grapevine

My current roommate is moving out to be closer to his job. My lease is up for renewal, and I prefer either to stay at the same apartment in Flower Mound and split it, or perhaps sign a new lease in Grapevine, TX. Current lease renewal is for $1,469 ÷ 2 = $734.50/person per month plus splitting water(~$28 each), electric (~$45 each), internet ($25.70 each), and DirecTV stream ($59.53 each). I work full time in sales. I already have furniture, TV's, washer and dryer, so the apartment is already furnished. In your email, please tell me about yourself so I can see if we'd be a good fit.
