Roommate Wanted, Nice Sized Room Available

Hello. I am looking to rent a room in my pretty decent sized condo. It is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath with a washer and dryer. Conveniently located next to MCC and Arizona State main. The condo stays very clean and I am looking for someone that is clean as well. The condo is very close to bars and restaurants. Huge sized pool and weight room on-site. The rent would be $900 a month and I will cover wifi and water. Move in deposit is $I,400 and will be used to cover water, trash, electric and wifi. That is $1,400 total for move in. I have what's known as M Power for electric. If we both mutually just kick something on the lights to keep the show going, I'm cool with that. I am VERY easy going, total hippie, so I'm not into politics and bigots. I just want to work, come home relax and pay bills on time. I am looking for someone that has a steady job, GOES to that job and can pay bills. Also, no thieves, druggies, or messy people.
