Roommates Wanted

My roommate and I are looking for 2-3 roommates in our house. Located in the Lowry Hill/Uptown area, close walking distance to lots of bars, restaurants, and lakes! Rent would be either 505 or 630 depending on the amount of people. Has a beautiful porch and free in unit laundry. Sept 1st move in. We are both young professionals in our mid 20s. All identities and backgrounds welcome. We have lived here for 2 years, some current roommates are moving out but we like the house so we are looking to stay. Hoping to find roommates to help us maintain a laid back, fun, and inclusive environment! We also like to keep the common areas relatively clean. We are transplants, and enjoy hanging out in the common spaces. We like to watch movies/bad reality tv, play board/video games, and also take advantage of the nearby bars and restaurants.
