This is a Royal upright vacuum cleaner. It's in good working condition. There are a couple of paint stains and a small topical amount of damage to the bag. It is only surface where the blue has rubbed off and does not go all the way through. It is not a hole. Some patina and a small spot of surface rust which I will clean up.
