Santa Maria style BBQ

I built hundreds of these out west Santa Maria, California Google " Santa Maria style BBQ " they use these and a smoker type which I could also build Good for direct or indirect cooking barbecuing Large cooking area goes up and down with ease Whether you're great at barbecuing or learning it's kind of hard to burn something on this, I have cooked small pigs on these I have two left right now May have to charge more later due to the price of materials
