Hello, I have a room available on the 1st of August. We have one room available in South East Austin right next to the airport on McKinney Falls. I'm looking for someone who works full-time or goes to school. Please no party animals or druggies. We are all professionals here at home and would like to keep the peace and quiet. We have two refrigerators so enough room for everyone. You'd be sharing one bathroom w/ someone who is very clean and respectful. The room is going for 750+utilities. Utilities are split 4 ways. We are 10 minutes away from the airport. 15 minutes away from downtown. We have a pool table in the house and a community pool. Please let me know if you have any questions. We have AT&T Fiber + YouTube TV at the home. I will pay for the Youtube TV myself. Thank you!
