2024 Seasonal Lot includes occupancy of one RV/Trailer Site with water, sewer, garbage, and mowing services included; along with use of Fish Clean house. Each unit is considered Single Family residence; we do not allow sharing of ownership. Electricity & propane are at an additional cost to occupants. Each lot has a dedicated meter & is billed at the end of each month (winter min. amount required if renewing lease). Propane is arranged for and paid for by occupant, no tank included on site.
