Seeking housemate in a marvelous home

Unfurnished bedroom (11.5’ X 13’) available starting July 15. It is on the second floor with 2 windows facing north, 1 window facing east, a small closet and hardwood floors. Rent is $800/month and it’s a 1-year lease. Utilities are not included in the rent, they add about $100/month (Heat, Hot Water, AC, Electricity, High-speed Internet, free Washer/Dryer). $2400 is the move in cost (First month, Last month and Security Deposit). The apartment is on the top two floors of a three story house in Teele Square. It is spacious and cozy home with tons of natural light. Five bedrooms, two full baths. A fully equipped kitchen with lots of storage, counter space and pantry. This is a non-pet, non-smoking apartment. Street parking is available with a Somerville parking permit. There are just three of us living in the apartment presently and we’ve enjoyed living here for a long time. We are professionals with plenty of interests and hobbies (art, photography, dancing, roller skating, cycling, exploring, languages, international travel, making weird stuff, food, beer, wine). We love our work so that keeps us pretty busy but also have time to hang out and enjoy each other’s company. We are low-key, friendly, respectful, generally upbeat and good communicators. We keep all common spaces tidy and clean but not obsessive about cleaning. We are seeking a 4th housemate and are flexible on the move in date. Once the 4 of us are all settled in (after a couple of months), we will continue the search for the 5th and final housemate. We are looking forward to being 5 housemates in our big 5 bedroom house.
