seeking roommate in NE MPLS $650/month

I'm seeking a mature, tidy, reliable, and respectful roommate to move into my apartment with my cat and I. It's a very nice spot right in the heart of NE- it's close to stuff, but also quiet with ample parking. You will have your own private bedroom, and share kitchen and bathroom. We have a nice deck and a nice backyard, and the landlord and neighbors are very cool, there's free on site laundry, free parking, . Tenants pay electricity, gas and internet, which averages about $150 a month. It's really low in the summer, but can be pretty high in the winter. The furnishings largely belong to my current roommate, so having your own household stuff is great. She's in the process of moving out, so the pics reflect her decor, and I'm open to changing things up! I'm a front end assistant manager at a food coop, and a death doula in recovery for addiction, so no partiers please. I do a lot of food prep, so flexibility with kitchen space is a plus.
