Bedroom is partly shared with a 30 something FEMALE tenant on disability. Separate bed. no security deposit. $90 a week if paying weekly. Tenant is not looking for a boyfriend. Free rent available for cooking, cleaning and personal assistance. If you have obstacles or income is unreliable we can work with you if we click. Rental agreement required. Must have ID and SS card. If interested, be ready to interview in person promptly. Send us a little info about yourself and why you need to move. This is sharing a home filled with fun and laughter. Please be a fun person with energy that enjoys other people. No prudes. No grandma types or bible thumpers either. You do not have to have a perfect background. No pets as we already have a cat, we smoke outside, no heavy drinkers, no ice+, no DV, no pedo.
